We are always looking for experienced professionals in foreign affairs to share their knowledge and advice for navigating this field. All we ask is that you are willing to commit to approximately four hours over three months to this program – all logistics are taken care of by us! We would be delighted to have you share your valuable experience with us and other women in the community. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

Want To Join as a Mentee?

If you're working in foreign affairs (in the broadest sense) and want to meet other women in the field, this is your opportunity! No matter what age you are or what skill level you're at, you are welcome here. Our only requirement is that mentees hold a bachelor's degree. New cohorts start every three months, and applications are usually posted in December (for the January – March cohort), March (for the April – June cohort), June (for the July – September cohort), and September (for the October – December cohort). You can find the latest application form below, but please note it may not be for the most current application cycle.
